Often the missing link when it comes to your health and common diseases.
Hormones.
We run on hormones while we sleep, eat, exercise and when we get happy or sad.
They are an intricate part of our very being.
Hormones are essential for our reproductive system and the core of our bodies being able to re-create life.

Before we get into things, here is a list of all the possible issues and diseases related to unbalanced hormones in both men and women:
In Women:
· Very early menstruation (Normally 16-18 years old)
· Heavy periods
· Painful periods
· PMS – Premenstrual tension, stress, anxiety
· Endometriosis – irregular tissue growth outside of the uterus
· Fibroids on uterus
· Cysts on ovaries
· Polycystic ovarian syndrome
· Cervical cancer
· Uterus cancer
· Breast cancer
· Thyroid problems
· Depression
· Menopause
· Hair loss
· Inability to fall pregnant
· Miscarriage
· Too much testosterone causing masculinity in females
In Men:
· Low sperm count
· Low sperm mobility
· Inability to hold an erection
· Prostate problems
· Prostate cancer
· Testicular cancer
· Thyroid problems
· Depression
· Hair loss
· Adrenal fatigue
· Not enough testosterone causing femininity in males
Scary to think how many people we know who currently have one of the above, have managed to overcome or who we have lost due to this.
So how does this happen?
How do things get so out of order and how can we fix these issues?
If growth hormones are related to growing things, then when there is an excess of growth hormone present, it has done what its meant to in that area to the max, so it starts growing in places that it shouldn’t in the form of lumps, bumps, cysts, tumors etc.
Hormones can also be underactive and not getting to the very necessary jobs that they are designed to do, so things don’t function as they should.
We need to hit the sweet spot, where everything is balanced and working at its optimal.
Our bodies run on precision balance.
Causes of Hormonal Imbalances:
1. Contraceptives, HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)
2. Diet - Meat and Dairy Products
3. Plastics and Poisons
4. Zearalenone - Mold Waste
1. Contraceptives and HRT
Let’s take a look at the women’s monthly cycle.
There are two hormones that take center stage: Estrogen and Progesterone.
Estrogen = Growth Hormone
Progesterone = Happy Mood Hormone :)
You NEED to ovulate every month.
Where the egg comes out of the ovary a small blister is formed called the Corpus Luteum which is the main site for Progesterone production. This is what maintains Progesterone levels which maintains all the other hormones (Estrogen, Testosterone, Adrenal)
If your levels are normal and you ovulate, Progesterone is up 200%
The Pill causes an Estrogen dominance, which means your Progesterone is outshined.
PMS simply means there is no Progesterone, hence the bad moods, grumpiness, irritability.
Estrogen dominance = too much growth hormone = cysts, fibroids, cancers etc
A false balance is not good:
*Please excuse my mouse painting skills
Can you now see from the above illustration, that an Estrogen dominance not only effects you physically but also mentally? Your happy hormone gets suppressed.
There are so many people struggling with depression today. This could be one of the reasons or contributing to another existing issue.
2. Diet – Meat and Dairy Products
Diet plays a role in all aspects of health, including your hormone health.
There are growth hormones in cows milk, as its food for calves to grow into fully grown cows.
There are growth hormones in eggs as eggs turn into chicks if eggs are hatched.
There are growth hormones in meat from medications and hormones to boost the growth of
animals for a faster profit turn over.
Fish Farmers are finding more fish with female tendencies and fish are not reproducing anymore. This is a clear indication that animals are also effected by our hand.
Chicken is one of the worst meats you can consume. Nearly every cancer can be attributed to chicken. Yet many people think that your white meat is healthier.
These items may have been safer to consume at one point, but we live in a time when they are honestly unfit and unsafe for consumption. You are what you eat and people are really sick, so that says a lot about the quality of our food choices. If you want to consume animal products, then your best bet would be to go the full organic raised route but I would suggest to keep your intake below 20% of your complete diet. Studies have shown that 20% of animal products in a persons diet triggers Cancer cells.
3. Plastic and Poisons
Clothing
Start checking what your clothing is made of.
Its rather difficult to find clothes that are not made from plastic now days.
We should be wearing natural fabrics like Cotton, Model, Rayon, Viscose and Wool.
Your skin is your biggest organ, which breathes. What is your stretchy gym clothing made of? Mostly plastic, synthetic fibers. You are meant to be eliminating toxins through perspiration in an effort to detox while training, yet you are absorbing toxic waste.
Avoid synthetic fabrics which are made of toxic materials like: Nylon, Polyester, Acrylic, Elastin and the list goes on.

Poisons
We have discussed clothes, but what about the chemicals you are washing your clothes in?
If you think this is harmless and rinses away, think again.
Did you know that damage to your arterial walls is due to chemicals in our blood?
So your HDL Cholesterol does its job by repairing the holes and when you go to your Doctor for a Cholesterol test, Dr will tell you your levels are too high and you need medication to lower it. Can you see the issue here?
The Cholesterol is not the issue, the chemicals are the issue.
So you don't know this and then get Cholesterol lowering medication and start loosing our memory because your brain is a Cholesterol hungry organ. Side effects of Cholesterol lowering medications are Dimentia and Alzeimers. There is a domino effect!
We all know to use BPA free water bottles because BPA (Bisphenols A) is highly toxic and a Carcinogenic (cancer forming through increased Estrogen). It is also found in tin lining.
Make use of your hard plastics and not your soft plastics. Soft plastic contain a synthetic estrogen phenol ring (BPA) which gets into the cell.
Your hard plastics are harder to break down so less likely for your body to get toxins from it.
If you think animal products are the only culprits, pesticides like Round up and Glyphosate (Xeno Estrogens), which are on majority if not all of our store-bought fruits and vegetables, at our local friendly grocers are saturated with the stuff, especially the most perfect looking ones! "Wash before use" has become an essential part to labelling, which means the producer is well aware of how toxic their produce is even after they have washed it themselves. It does not only poison the plants, but effects the hormones in the plants which we end up eating. So it’s a double dose.
This is why you may have heard its unsafe to eat Soy and why it causes breast cancer. It would not be this way if it were not for the Roundup or the fact that the seed is GMO (Genetically Modified Organism). If its organically grown with heirloom seeds, then its safe.
The people who may have annoyed you with boasting organic this and organic that might have known something all along..
You want to eat organically grown food that is free from any pesticides which has been grown from heirloom seeds, the way God created it and not GMO which has been modified by man.
Follow the money, Find the deception.
But organic is not available to everyone, so now what?
You can use a simple household ingredient to soak and wash your fruit and veg before storing in the fridge: Bicarbonate of Soda. This will help eliminate toxins from your foods.

4. Zearalenone (Mold Waste)
Washing your store bought foods and grains is of the utmost importance.
Especially when it comes to your grains and items stored in bulk somewhere.
Zearalenone ensembles the structure of naturally occurring estrogens with its chemical structure. This property of zearalenone determines its ability to bind to estrogen receptors of cell and its bioaccumulation.
Let me show you how to heal:
Stop disrupting your Hormones
Get rid of the excess Estrogen
Balance hormones with natural remedies
Clean your blood
Implement the 8 health laws
1. Stop disrupting your Hormones
There is always another way. There is always an alternative.
Stop using: Contraceptives, Animal Products, Plastics, Poisons & Chemicals, Moldy items.
We choose "convenient" way to easily today and harshly realize later its actually been more of an inconvenience.
2. Get rid of the excess Estrogen
Stimulate your Liver by consuming more of these:
Eat more from the cabbage family: Cabbage, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Cauli, Bok Choi.
Vitamin B 6, 9, 12 – Raw nuts and seeds
B12 – Which is a bacteria found on freshly picked organic foods that you eat with in 30min of picking
Licorice herb – Unless you have HBP (High Blood Pressure) it can elevate
Flaxseed – You should grind it fresh just before you eat. Once ground it oxidizes and loose the potency. You can also store grounds in a sealed container in the fridge, but limit the exposure to open air, so get what you need and pack it away. You cannot digest a flaxseed; this is why it must be ground up.

3. Natural Supplements - Balance your hormones
Here are some remedies that help boost your progesterone naturally.
When you boost Progesterone you automatically bring Estrogen under control.
If the Estrogen is too high, it will bring it down, if its too low it will bring it up.
It will do the same with your Testosterone and Adrenal Hormones.
Progesterone = Keeps all your other hormones in check.
Maca is a personal favorite in our household as it not only balances hormones, but has so many other added benefits which makes it an all rounder supplement. It is delicious and has a malty taste. Derived from the root of a cruciferous vegetable native to Peru in Western South America. It is related to the cabbage family: broccoli, cauliflower and kale which helps stimulate your Liver to detox excess Estrogen. This amazing root contains compounds called sterols which are lipids used in the body to improve function of:

Ovaries
Thyroid
Testicles
Adrenals
Pancreas
Pineal gland
Libido
Sperm Count and Sperm Mobility
Fertility
Maca is an adaptogen which works with the bodies needs to help support your body to:
Adapt to Stress
Adrenal Fatigue
Improve Focus
Memory booster
Mood enhancing (Progesterone boosting)
We supply Maca Root Powder in capsule form for your convenience which you can purchase here.
Wild Yam cream contains Diosgenin. Best used as a cream. When it is applied to the skin, the fat cells take up the Diosgenin and it stimulates the Progesterone pathway that the body uses to make the hormone Progesterone.
There are other herbs that you can also use like Dong Quai, Evening Primrose oil and Chasteberry.
You can not use the above if you are on Hormone Replacement Therapy including contraceptives. They will work against each other. Allow the herbs to balance you out naturally.
Each person has a different history, it could take you 4 weeks to balance out or it could take you a few months. It all depends on the severity of what you need to reverse.
This goes for all diseases, the process is gradual and to the impatient it may seem slow.
Zinc is another key ingredient to balanced hormones. You need adequate Zinc daily to keep your Testosterone, Thyroid, Progesterone and Estrogen in check.
4. Clean Your Blood
Green drinks like smoothies and fresh juices are packed with Chlorophyll which is a blood cleanser. This is something that most people have access to, which makes it a viable option to those who need to work with what they have access too. Many plants around us, are safe to consume and when green, they contain chlorophyll which is the key ingredient.
Please ensure you are foraging safely when eating wild greens, not all plants are safe to eat.

5. The True Remedies
· Pure air
· Sunshine
· Exercise
· Water
· Rest
· Nutrition
· Temperance
· Trust in God
A Message for Couples
Being healthy before you grow your family is a two-way responsibility.
Having a baby is a two-way responsibility.
Safe intimacy is a two-way responsibility.
Being responsible is a two-way responsibility.
Women are responsible for:
· Ovulating each month, usually day 14-21
· Monitor your ovulation. Get an app, mark your calendar or take you temperature, when it drops you are ovulating
Men are responsible for:
· Use of protection during ovulation
· Master the art of withdrawal
Happy Wife Happy Life!
There is no toxic dose of Progesterone.
Many couples struggle to conceive today and some when successful, are faced with devastating miscarriages down the line. A miscarriage is not necessarily because of the women’s body alone, but very possibly a glitch from the man. This goes to show how far back down the line things need to be in check and functioning healthily for the male and female.
Smoking (cigarettes and vapes) could be the reason you are struggling to conceive. Smoking breaks down your Vitamin C, contracts your arteries which is depriving blood, nutrients and oxygen flow, damages not only your lungs and tissue, but the DNA composition of your unconceived and unborn child. Smoking is a big one, but its not the only thing. Many factors can damage our DNA that we need to be aware of. We are all made up of 23 Chromosomes from each parent which makes up our own unique DNA. When your DNA is damaged, you pass that on to your child who starts off with a defect and could be faced with health issues early on or later in life as they develop due to damaged DNA.
Interesting & easy read if you want to know more about DNA and Chromosomes here:
Our bodies have the ability to heal, if we provide them with the right conditions. Its never to late to make lifestyle changes to repair and get healthy for yourself and your family.

Menopause
The very dreaded M word.
Why do women accept this as normal? It is not.
It’s a bunch of side effects from unbalanced hormones in our convenient modern world.
· Hot flushes
· Weight gain (Underactive Thyroid)
· Not sleeping properly
· No desire for intimacy
· Painful intimacy
The different stages of hormonal changes in our lives, do not need to be uncomfortable.
Ok, and what about the physical part of “aging” or accidents after childbirth?
Muscle has no age. If any muscle in your body is out of practice or range, it is weak.
You need to fight gravity to avoid things like Prolapse and being able to control your bladder.
Strength comes from defying gravity and training your muscles.
All women should be doing these things daily:
· Squat
· Rebound (Trampoline)
· Core exercises – Pilates is great for this
Another option to treat Prolapse and strengthen the Pelvic Girdle is with the use of
Yoni Stones.
It is a set of 3 egg shaped stones (made from nephrite jade, rose quartz or black obsidian.) in different sizes, which you insert and hold. Start with the biggest stone and work down to the smallest size as you strengthen that area.
1 hour a day for 1 week
2 hours a day for 2 weeks
3 hours a day for 3 weeks
4 hours a day for 4 weeks
5 hours a day for 5 weeks
Work up to 5 hours a day for 6 months and then you move over to the smaller stone.
It may take you a shorter amount of time to reach your goal, adjust as your progress.

I really hope you can now better understand the role of your hormones, how important they are and what happens when things are out of balance.
That you truly hold the power to change the situation you may find yourself in, no matter how scary or how impossible things may seem.
Our bodies often get into a certain state because we are unknowingly contributing to the situation, because we simply just do not understand how things work.
Please do not be a victim of ignorance and take good care of yourselves.
